EU costs – Petition to Parliament

I am petitioning Parliament concerning the failure of the EU to account for the money which is contributed by the UK.
Given the government’s duty not to waste public resources, I would like this matter debated in Parliament.
I also I believe that the discipline of having to embark on a programme of proper financial accountability while the UK’s payments were progressively reduced would serve to test the EU’s real concern about democratic accountability.
