If a cycling proficiency certificate was required before a provisional driving licence was issued perhaps motorists such as this woman would be a little more considerate. Her driving licence should be suspended until she has proved herself on a bike.
O, yes, and confiscate the car. If she had used a shotgun as dangerously as she used her car, would she be allowed to keep it?
Then a spell in jail for abandoning the scene of an accident.
