BBC Radio Essex Interview Coming Up
Peter Inson will be Interviewed by the BBC on 16th September
BBC Radio Essex want to interview Peter next Tuesday, Sep 16th, sometime after 3.0 pm, about dunno.
"I hope that it will be a chance to tie up my fiction writing with my thoughts about teenagers and schools. I'm hoping to present a unified package which approaches an important topic from two angles" says Peter.

BBC Interviews Peter Inson About Education Matters
In an interview for BBC Breakfast and BBC News, Peter Inson discusses new school diplomas and raising the school leaving age.
"My concerns are that innocent young adults will be imprisoned for longer, that yet another innovation is being rushed through by politicians, and that some vocational training and learning could also take place away from school, in real jobs, and away from other youngsters who will be a distraction"

From 10:00am on Saturday 16th August, Peter Inson will be at Waterstones, Culver Squarem Colchester.
Peter is particularly interested in meeting and talking to teenagers who are fed up with adults and adults who are frustrated by teenagers.

Co-op to sell Dunno
The East of England Co-operative Society is about to stock dunno
It will soon be possible to buy copies of Peter Inson's first novel with your groceries as it is about to be placed on the shelves in a number of Co-op supermarkets across the East of England.

Parliamentary Re-Launch

Television Appearance
On Tuesday 2nd June Peter Inson will take part in a televised discussion about Religious Education and the curriculum.
Satellite channel Hot Bird TV are hosting the discussion with the Head of a Muslim primary school, a British humanist and a Muslim scholar from Geneva.
Background - 2nd June 5pm to 6pm Press TV will film a discussion on the theme "Islam and life - RE in the west." Press TV is an international broadcaster with studios in Ealing, Washington and Tehran.

The East Anglian Daily Times have featured Peter Inson's Book Signing in Colchester.
On May 14th, The East Anglian Daily Times printed a photograph of the author and his first novel dunno together with an article about his forthcoming book signing at Waterstones in Colchester.
Peter Inson will be at the store in Culver Square at 10:00am on May 31st.

- A publisher who has seen the first chapter of On the Side, has asked to see the rest of the manuscript.
- Continues to sell well – 40 since Christmas at Borders, Brent Cross which regards Peter as a very helpful author, following a signing there.
- 22 sold at Mill Hill School’s book fair. It took place while he spent three weeks there covering for a teacher’s absence.
- Sixth shop stocks dunno in Switzerland; a shop in Zermatt took his supply off his hands when he was skiing there. It’s also stocked in Zurich and Geneva. The only other overseas outlet about which I know is Waterstones in Amsterdam.
- Translator seeking French publisher for dunno. Veronique Thirot was looking for French books for her teenage children when she found a review of dunno on the internet and offered to seek a French publisher.
- Interview pending on BBC Radio London. Peter has been invited to spend a late-night hour scrutinizing the papers and talking about his book.
- PR agent getting encouragement for dunno from broadcasters.
- Spring mail-shot just out to independent booksellers who are pleased that an author is confident enough to go it alone.
- Wednesday 1st - Launch Day - Midday at Marylebone Station. A hundred copies given
away on London Underground.
